You are entitled to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Unwanted goods should be sent back to us in unused, unopened and resalable condition within 14 days.
Delivery and postage costs of returning items are not refundable and paid by purchaser.
If you received wrong products due to our picking/packing error, please send us photo of received items and we will send you postage label which you need to put on the returning parcel. Please pack products carefully to avoid damages in transit. We will resend you correct products or you’ll will be entitled to cancel the order and money refund.
If you received products damaged during delivery or items are missing, you should notify us in writing via email within 7 days and we will take necessary actions to resolve your issues.
If you have any other complaint about the products, you should notify us in writing via the email address shown below, as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
